What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

If you're looking for a professional pressure washing company, keep in mind that the water pressure can cause damage. So, please hire a company such as my own with over 20 years of experience and knowledge.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

A:

Currently we are very focused on our pressure washing service as there seems to be a large problem with moss on siding and concrete surfaces.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

When we're hired for weed removal we do not use any caustic, or poisonous chemicals. We use vinegar to spot treat weeds.

We do not smoke, vape, or use any tobacco products, so we are not standing around wasting time, nor polluting the air. We are polite and do not cuss and will ask permission to use your garden hose, etc. if needed.

We pride ourselves on being friendly, very personable, polite, and cordial and appreciate every customer. A smile goes a long way.

We're not just another company.
We will do all that we can, within reason, to accommodate every customer. We do our best to exemplify in our work the same pride that we'd show at our own homes.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

We don't offer any actual warranty, but we do guarantee that we will return to re-apply vinegar to weeds, roofs, etc. As well, we always offer to set up a scheduled annual fee for any type of repeat service that is customized for each customer's needs.

Customers almost always ask what our hourly rates are.
We charge by the job and that is dependant upon the size and scope of the project and is customized to the needs of each individual client and job.

We can certainly offer discounts to those that are elderly, are a veteran, or disabled.

Currently we only accept cash, checks, or payments via Paypal. We are working on being able to use a credit card on-site.

Pressure Washing - Commercial
- $0.20 to $0.30 per square foot
We do not charge by the hour.
We charge by the job and that is dependent upon the size and scope of the service required.

- $0.20 to $0.25 per square foot
We do not charge by the hour.
We charge by the job and that is dependent upon the size and scope of the service required.

Property Maintenance & Repair
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour plus parts
